Relax service terms

Relax by Yumea is a maintenance and security service for WordPress sites, offered in three monthly plans: Relax Essentiel (35 EUR excl. VAT/month), Relax Serenite (65 EUR excl. VAT/month) and Relax Priorite (95 EUR excl. VAT/month).

The details of each plan are on the offer page. The displayed prices apply to a standard WordPress showcase site. An e-commerce site, a complex site, or a site with a large number of plugins falls under the higher plan or a quote.

The Serenite and Priorite plans include a monthly technical resolution time (60 minutes for Serenite, 1h30 for Priorite). This time is used to resolve a technical issue on the site: plugin conflict, incident, malfunction.

This included time is not an open support service nor a production service: it does not cover content creation, adding features, or requests to modify the site. Such work is quoted separately.

The included time does not carry over from one month to the next. Beyond the included time, technical resolution is billed at 70 EUR excl. VAT per hour.

Any other work (development, new page, theme redesign, evolution) is quoted separately, against a brief, and is never taken from the included resolution time.

We only take on the recurring maintenance of a healthy site, or a site we have cleaned up first. That is the condition for guaranteeing lasting peace of mind.

If a site is not healthy on entry, a one-off cleanup is carried out first. It is billed separately from the subscription, set case by case (from around 250 EUR excl. VAT), and is the first act of the relationship.

When a site is down or compromised, we ask for the access needed to test whether it can be recovered. This assessment is free.

If the site can be recovered, we give you a clear price for the work to be done and a payment link. The intervention starts after payment.

If the site cannot be recovered, we tell you plainly. No amount is charged for that conclusion. We can then offer to rebuild a brand new site, and return your available backups and exports.

Technical access (admin credentials, SSH, SFTP) is never sent in clear text by e-mail nor stored in a form. It is transmitted through a secure single-use link that self-destructs after being read.

Internally, access to sites is managed with server-side service keys, revocable and unrelated to any personal machine.

All plans include daily off-site backups, kept for 90 days, with restoration.

The service has no long-term commitment. If it ends, you get your data and backups back. You are never stuck.

All prices are shown excluding VAT. Subscriptions are monthly. One-off work (cleanup, recovery, development) is set case by case and communicated before any start.
